Procedure for concluding a contract
The choice has been made! When signing a rental contract, you make an advance payment of 30% of the total cost. Payment can be made according to the issued invoice by bank transfer or pay through money transfer systems.
You pay the remaining amount on the day of arrival. When renting real estate, you also pay a returnable security deposit. The amount depends on the category of the villa and is assigned by the owner. The deposit is intended to compensate for possible damage to the rented housing, as well as to cover additional costs associated with living in the villa and apartments, electricity and water bills.
In most cases, the company is accommodating and returns the deposit on the day of departure, if the property has not been damaged.
