A small island in the eastern Mediterranean Sea, called Cyprus, has been a center of attraction for people for many years. The northeastern part of the island is washed by the Cilician Sea, which connects Asia Minor and Cyprus, the southern side of the island is the Cyprus Sea, and to the east is that part of the Mediterranean Sea, which is called the Levantine.

In some places, even a depth of 50 meters or more allows you to enjoy the seabed in all details through the transparent azure of the sea waters of Cyprus. For this reason, Cyprus is so popular with divers. In addition to transparency, the waters of the seas surrounding Cyprus are also ecologically clean. It is no coincidence that every year the beaches of this island are marked for their cleanliness, environmental friendliness and livability with the Blue Flag. Another proof of the pristine purity of the island and its seas is the underwater wealth. Scuba diving, you can personally contemplate the numerous inhabitants of the waters and land of Cyprus: mollusks, beautiful fish, crabs, turtles, coral reefs. For vacationers at sea, such a concept as safety is very important. In this regard, the Cyprus Sea meets the highest rates. Sharks, hedgehogs and jellyfish practically do not get here.
As for a comfortable seaside holiday in Cyprus, the season here is one of the longest in the Mediterranean. It starts in May (although there are amateurs who get into the water already in April) and ends in October. On May days, the water is already comfortable for swimming - about 22 degrees Celsius, while in summer the waters are already very warm - up to +28. This is especially felt in shallow water.
The Cyprus Sea is beautiful beaches. These are the sandy beaches of Protaras and Ayia Napa, and comfortable descents into the water from the city promenade of Paphos, and small private beaches of five-star hotels on the island, and the famous beach of Aphrodite, between Limassol and Paphos.
