Limassol - the capital of the skyscrapers of Cyprus

The Cyprus property market is increasingly gaining positions as one of the most stable and dynamically developing markets in Europe.

The Cyprus property market is increasingly gaining positions as one of the most stable and dynamically developing markets in Europe. Island properties are valuable in their own right and rarely drop in value; Cyprus has a high standard of living and excellent conditions for recreation; The country's economy demonstrates unprecedented stability, relying on such whales as tourism, agriculture and shipping - all this makes the Cyprus property market extremely interesting for foreign investors.

The Cyprus resort town of Limassol has been increasingly asserting itself as the leader in the country's real estate market in recent years, especially when it comes to the luxury housing sector. Paphos remains its main competitor on the island, but the expansion of the supply of luxury real estate here is limited, and the market as a whole has settled. Paphos for many is the ancient capital of Cyprus - with sights, calm and measured pace of life. Limassol, on the other hand, is increasingly acquiring the features of a modern metropolis, gradually expanding its borders on the coast. It is here, in Limassol and its environs, that the most interesting and prestigious objects of both residential and commercial real estate appear. In particular, high-rise buildings are being built that are unique not only for Cyprus, but also for the Mediterranean regions of Europe. For example, the One complex, which will be commissioned next year, and which will become one of the tallest buildings in Europe. Or the Trilogy facility, which includes three towers at once. Its construction is being carried out by Cybarco and is scheduled for completion in 2023.

One of the most interesting objects in Cyprus promises to be another high-rise complex.

Most recently, a large developer Pafilia received the approval of the city authorities for the construction of another pompous project. We are talking about the construction of the Limassol Neo complex, which will consist of four high-rise buildings located near the waterfront and the city's zoo. Four skyscrapers - 25, 31, 38 and 43 floors, respectively, will include 345 holiday apartments. The height of the tallest building will be 173 meters. The project cost is estimated at 250 million euros. Residential real estate will be complemented by commercial premises. More than 2,000 sq. m. will be given to shops and restaurants. The owners and guests of the complex will be able to relax in specially designated spaces and green areas. The residents of Limassol Neo will be provided with a spacious parking lot with almost 1,500 spaces. According to plans, the skyscrapers will be able to accommodate at least 740 residents. The start of work on the construction of the complex is scheduled for next spring. The complex is expected to be put into operation in 2024.
